Shipping Policy

We aim to get your enchanted goods to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find all the details on where we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following locations:
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

Please note: We do not ship to the EU at this time.

Carriers & Tracking

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD using tracked services only.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Processing Times

  • Small items (e.g. keyrings, coasters, lighters): dispatched within 1–3 working days

  • Larger items (e.g. placemats, bulk orders): dispatched within 1–5 working days

  • Custom orders or high volume orders may take longer. If you're unsure about timings, please email us at shop@enchantedengraving.co.uk

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom
Royal Mail Tracked 48: typically 2–3 working days from dispatch

International
Royal Mail International Tracked: typically 7–14 working days
(Some remote areas or customs delays may extend this)


Shipping Costs

  • UK Orders: Free Tracked Shipping

  • International Orders: Flat rate shipping applied at checkout

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These are not included in the item or shipping prices.


Combined Shipping

If you place multiple orders, we’ll combine them into one parcel whenever possible to reduce waste and shipping time.


Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the following timeframes, please contact us at shop@enchantedengraving.co.uk:

  • UK: within 7 working days of dispatch

  • International: within 21 working days of dispatch

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for guidance on how to report and return it.
