Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your enchanted treasures — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

Our Return Window

You can return any non-personalised item within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Please note:
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. These are made just for you, and we can’t resell them once engraved.

Damaged Items

Any items damaged during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email shop@enchantedengraving.co.uk with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service so that the item can be monitored during transit.

Returned goods are to be returned at the buyer’s expense, unless the return is due to damage in transit, an error on our part, or a manufacturer fault.
In these cases, we will refund your return shipping costs in full upon receipt of the returned goods.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

  • If items are returned damaged or not in resaleable condition, a deduction will be made from your refund

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.
